Refund Policy

Next Optimizer offers a limited refund policy. Refunds may be granted for products that have not been activated or used. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus an administration fee and payment processor fee, which together may total up to 50% of the original payment price. The final refund amount is determined at our discretion based on the specifics of each case. Once a product is activated, it is deemed used and is not eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 48 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to discontinue subscriptions at any time without issuing refunds or guarantees regarding future access.

Product Usage

Licenses or user accounts must be obtained through our official payment system. Next Optimizer is not liable for claims regarding third-party intellectual property rights; users must protect Next Optimizer from such claims. Licenses are valid for use on a single device unless otherwise authorized by our team. Accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund for unauthorized sharing, issuing chargebacks or disputes, misuse of the software, abusive behavior, or any actions that violate our community guidelines or support competing entities.

Customer Support

Customer support requests are processed within 72 hours unless unforeseen issues arise.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

You must accept all terms of the EULA to download, install, or use the Software. Next Optimizer retains full ownership of, and all rights to, the Software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software.
